01. The Order

⭐How do I place an order?

Simply add your desired items to the cart and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an immediate confirmation email—check your Promotions or Spam folder if you don’t see it.

⭐ When will my order ship?

We typically process orders within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday). Any orders placed over the weekend will ship on Monday.

⭐ How do I track my order?

After your package is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to become active.

⭐ What if I need to change or cancel my order?

If you need to make any changes, please contact our customer service team right away at hello@goldjuju.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate you before your order ships.

⭐ I didn’t receive an order confirmation email—what should I do?

Check your Promotions or Spam folder first. If you still can’t find it, send us a message at hello@goldjuju.com, and we’ll be happy to help.

02. Shipping

⭐ Do you offer free shipping?

Absolutely! We’re delighted to offer free shipping worldwide so you can receive your GoldJuju piece without extra fees. However, for very remote or island regions, our carriers occasionally charge a higher rate that falls outside of our standard coverage. If your order is affected, we’ll reach out after you place it to confirm any additional costs or discuss alternative shipping options.

⭐  How long does delivery usually take?

We ask you to allow 7–14 business days for your package to arrive after it ships. We appreciate your patience—your GoldJuju piece is worth the wait!

⭐ When will I get my tracking details?

We’ll send an email with your tracking number once your order has left our warehouse. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to show movement (weekends excluded).

⭐ What if I don’t see updates on my tracking link right away?

International orders may show updates once the parcel arrives at your local post office. Delays can happen, but rest assured, it’s on its way!

⭐ Do you handle customs and duties?

Whenever possible, we cover customs and duties, so you can receive your order without extra fees.

⭐ What if my order has preorder items?

  • Preordered pieces typically need 7–10 business days to be crafted and ready to ship.
  • If you combine a preorder with in-stock items, the entire order will ship when everything is ready. For faster shipping of in-stock items, place a separate order.
