If Your Item Arrives Defective or Damaged
Should your item arrive in less-than-perfect condition, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing hello@goldjuju.com To help us resolve it as smoothly as possible, please include:
- A clear photo or brief video showing the issue.
- Your order number and proof of purchase.
Once we confirm the problem, we’ll gladly replace or refund your item, and we’ll cover any return shipping costs. Our goal is for you to receive a piece that truly resonates with you.
